Their fair-trade, US made, Booby Tubes "are a natural, safe, gel-free breast pack made with a 100% organic cotton shell and filled with all-natural flax seed. "
They are intended to help reduce breast tenderness and swelling, and to help comfort sore breasts during the weaning period. Booby Tubes may also (from their website) :

Radiance is very proud to carry Jody Berry's very own Baby Carrot line, a sub-division of Wild Carrot made in the Pacific Northwest.
Baby Carrot's Calendula Nipple Whip is just the soothing salve needed for such a sensitive area for breastfeeding mothers. Without essential oils and using only food grade ingredients, this product is safe for mamas and babies. Calendula-infused organic olive oil, and fair-trade shea butter soothe and protect dry, cracked skin.
This product is great for other areas of the skin that need extra love. Try it under the nose to relieve sore, red noses during the cold season!
