Kerri Ward Merrill, Holistic Esthetician
Kerri specializes in natural health and beauty using plant and flower essences. Kerri’s practice is named Kosmea, from the Greek root meaning, “to harmonize.” Her focus is to help women create a balance of inner and outer wellness as we attempt to meet the demands of everyday life. It is at these times of greatest need when many of us find it difficult to take special time to care for the soul.
Kerri is trained in aromatherapy, flower essences and colored light therapy, and brings these skills to her holistic approach to skin care. She is one of a few estheticians on the West Coast trained and certified in the Dr. Hauschka Skin Care Treatment system. Believing that the skin is an indicator of internal well-being, Kerri views the whole person from the mirror the skin and invites you to become self-empowered in its care. She enjoys sharing her knowledge through therapeutic facials, aromatherapy/flower essence consultations, and workshops.

Jessica O’Malley, Acupuncturist
Jessica O’Malley is a licensed acupuncturist with an MSA from Bastyr University. She is also a licensed massage therapist and holds a certificate in ayruvedic medicine from Kerala Ayruveda Academy. She practices traditional constitutional medicine from Asia that includes acupuncture, vibrational modalities, bodywork, nutrition, botanicals, breathing, meditation and exercise. She believes in a simple family based medical model that is centered on daily practices of healthy living and preventative care. Her treatments are enjoyable, caring, and thorough, with a focus on instant relief and a plan for reaching long term health goals.
Carol Trasatto, Herbalist and Educator
Carol has been studying the art and science of herbalism for 30 years or so, and has been a professional herbalist for 20 of those years. She is dedicated to the power of herbal medicine to liberate the mind and body toward deep and holistic healing. She sees community herbalism as the heart and soul of traditional plant teachings, and supports relationship with local plants and ecosystems as the foundation of sustainable herbal medicine. Toward that vision, she feels passionately committed to sharing green wisdom through conversation, writing, and teaching—empowering others toward informed self-care. She has co-created the monthly Plants & Planets newsletter/gathering for 11 years. Carol has worked at Radiance since 1992.
