Massage Therapist Biographies
Kyleigh Buess, L.M.P.
Kyleigh graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2000. She has fallen in love with Eastern modalities, including Chinese Acupressure and Jin Shin Jyutsu. Both systems view pain, stress, and muscular tension as disruptions in the flow of energy. Kyleigh's fascination with the concept that traditional medical systems of other cultures perceive health and healing in a different way from conventional western medicine led her to complete a B.A. in Anthropology from University of Washington. She has studied bodywork in France, Mexico, and Belize, adding flavor and depth to her daily work. Her style is nurturing, detailed, and thorough. She is versatile enough to do both deep tissue and relaxing work, often within the same hour. Kyleigh is especially effective at relieving headaches, neck tension, and shoulder conditions by releasing trigger points in the surrounding tissue. She also enjoys working with pregnant women.
