Alex is a skilled practitioner and a warm personality who received training at the Seattle Massage School in 1994. His work draws influence from acupressure and polarity techniques around a foundation of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. Other modalities that can be requested include Reflexology, Visceral Manipulation, and Reiki. With a strongly intuitive approach, Alex strives to help others achieve balance in body, mind and spirit.

Ashlen Hodge (Dandelion Healing):
Ashlen is a student of life, ever curious and wanting to connect the dots. She has a unique perspective of the integrated body through her experience with dance, theater performance, early childhood education, and of course massage therapy. She believes whole-heartedly that long lasting treatment comes about with a relaxed and mindful state which is why her sessions are slow and intentional, giving time for your body to change. What she loves most about massage is finding the “ah-ha!” moments with her clients and working with them in collaboration to make long lasting change. She builds integrative sessions that dance between easy somatic movement, deep myofascial release, easeful repositioning and bolstering for your body to relax, trigger point specificity, and breath work.

A message to my clients regarding future price increases:
To better meet cost of living increases, my standard prices will increase by $5.00, beginning April 1st, 2025. Dr. Brandon Benjamin (Benjamin Wellness):
Brandon is a licensed acupuncturist, Eastern medicine practitioner,
and massage therapist providing compassionate and LGBTQ+ affirming
care. He specializes in integrating acupuncture and massage therapy
treatments together for a synergistic effect to relieve pain, tension
and stress. His acupuncture and massage therapy sessions are caring,
calming, and comforting, allowing deep relaxation, restoration, and
healing.
After completing massage therapy training at East West College of the
Healing Arts in 2010, Brandon studied western herbalism at The
Elderberry School of Botanical Medicine, and acupuncture and Eastern
medicine at Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. He is continually
learning more and has completed advanced training in Japanese
acupuncture, shiatsu, tuina, deep tissue massage, myofascial release,
and cupping. He enjoys helping people feel better naturally and
supporting holistic health and wellness.
